Registration fees are ZAR 2500 (South African Rand), which include tea breaks, lunches, welcome reception and a social event.

Welcome Function

The South African Astronomical Observatory will host a Welcome Function on Monday evening (15 March 2010). Please note that this function is free for all delegates, but there will be a cost of ZAR 200.00 per accompanying person. Will you be attending?

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be on Wednesday, 17 March 2010 at a cost of ZAR 350 (South African Rand) per delegate or accompanying person. Please note that the conference dinner will be held in a Halaal-friendly restaurant (their suppliers are Halaal but they serve alcohol on the premises).Will you be attending?

Special Dietary Requirements

Please note that the venue where meals will be served during the conference is Halaal friendly (they serve buffet lunches and dinners that do not incorporate alcohol or pork). If you require strictly Halaal meals, a surcharge of ZAR 275.00 will be added to your conference registration.
