Travelling to or around Cape Town on 14 March
Please be aware that Cape Town hosts the annual Cycle Tour on this day! With 35,000 cyclists participating in this cycle race, many roads will be closed during the day so travelling to the city or around the city you might experience delays!

Travelling from Cape Town International Airport
The conference venue is 25kms from the Cape Town International Airport. At present there is no public transport service from the airport.
- Shuttle services operate from kiosk in the International and Domestic Arrivals halls at the airport. Contact the Cape Town Tourism Visitor Information Centre to book a shuttle or taxi.

Please hire cars early, as car hire will be in high demand due to the influx of visitors to the city for the cycle race.
